Return Policy

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances, including pre-orders. Delays may occur in rare cases, but every customer receives a confirmation call before processing.

Replacements & Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with your apparel for a valid reason, you must contact us via the Contact section on our website within 3 days of delivery. We only offer replacements, not cancellations or refunds. Please review the size chart before purchasing.

If an exchange is approved, you must provide a packing video showing the item being packed and handed over to the courier. The video must be continuous (no cuts), with the parcel clearly visible.

If you receive the size you ordered, no exchange will be provided, as the size chart is already available before purchase.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging (outer plastic and labels intact).

• Returns without original packaging will not be accepted under any circumstances.

• Returns are not applicable for perishable goods, intimate/sanitary items, hazardous materials, or certain personal care products.

Refund Policy

We primarily offer exchanges, but in special cases where a refund is approved, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 working days.

Additional Notes

• Some clothing items may get slightly dirty during transit; a wash is recommended.

• Minor stitching imperfections and slight color variations due to lighting or screen differences are normal and do not qualify as defects.

• Exchanges for out-of-stock items will be processed once restocked.

• Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.

• Any misuse or spam towards our support team will result in the query being ignored.
