ただツイッターやブログのアカウントを知るだけでは何の意味もなく、何かがアウトプットされていることが一番、重要だ。

オンラインでの活動の結果として、学歴や職歴よりも、その人が何を考えているのか？何に興味のプライオリティを置いているのか？が重視される可能性が出てくる。

つまり、

「学歴」が高ければ「評価は高い」

「医者の資格」を取れば「一生医者を続けられる」

みたいな静的な格付けのような評価ではなく、

「ネット上の活動」を続けたことが「評価される」

という動的なものであり、常にアクティビティを発揮し続けることで評価されるということだ。
